Yes. You can return all unopened cosmetic products within 14 days. You can return them by shipping them back or bringing them to our store. Refunds are processed within 5 business days (sooner if you did not pay by bank card).

Although there is a fee for the consultation, we provide a gift voucher of the same value to use in our store afterward.
